When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during vacations and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12 to 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15 to 30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in U.S. dollars, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs duties may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. The payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department.
